How to return items
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please pack the goods in their original packing and take the package to any Post Office, affix the correct postage and send to:

Please allow up to fourteen working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, within 3 working days. We cannot be held responsible for items not received.

How to cancel your order (applies to private consumers and not business customers)
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service Team on 0871 421 6969 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network charges) or contact us with the order number and your instruction to cancel.
If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us before the refund can be actioned.
We will only refund the postage costs of your order if the products are deemed faulty or damaged.
